To preserve the quality of your L’ORNÉE piece, avoid direct exposure to heat or sunlight.
Keep away from excess water, oils, perfumes, or cosmetics. If dampened, blot gently with a soft cloth and allow to air dry.
Natural variations in leather and wool—such as tone, grain, or markings—are unique features, not flaws. Textural irregularities on surface is part of their nature and should be celebrated.
We DO take returns, but you have to check before submitting a refund request
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration.
- Tags & Packaging: The original tag must remain attached to the product. All original packaging, including box, dust bag, authenticity card, and any complimentary gifts, must be included.
- No Signs of Use: Returns will not be accepted if the item shows evidence of wear, including scratches, stains, odors, perfume, cosmetics, or cleaning attempts.
- Return Window: A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the item.
- Shipping Costs: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: In cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received, we will cover the return shipping costs in full and provide a refund or exchange.
